Crop that mop!

Since i cut all of my hair off recently, influenced by Freja Beha Erichsen's amazing hair cut from s/s 08/09 ...

i decided to let my first real post be about the big chop!

Lately, under the influence of agyness deyn, and celebrities like rihanna etc, more and more girls have been cutting their hair into short pixie/boyish crops

i tryd to achieve this one sadly failed, not at all flattering for my face :( Anyway, cut it again, like it alot, may try the agyness look soon (dark tho). But annnnyway, if you're thinking about cutting off your hair ... do it! i can not properly explain in words how much easier it is. Even if the mop needs a bit of straightning in the morning, its still easy as. And it dries in minutes, magic! Also, if you get a good cut, you have so many options for how you can wear it, far less restrictive and far more creative than long hair. But make sure you know what cut will flatter your face shape! Make sure you have an amazing hairdresser, or ... have fun making yourself over ... www.instyle.com/instyle/makeover is good fun and helpful. You can try on celebrities hair etc ... My friends spend hours on it Now, my opinions on the coolest cuts ... obviously with my current obsession for scissors, they are all short ...

Kate Lanphear

ah its so cool, and suits her perfectly. I especially love how she pulls off the boyish cut, and sometimes combines it with masculine tailoring, yet looks so feminine

Secondly, Alexa Chung
not quite as short, but still super cool, and again very feminine

Ok i dont really like her music, and don't like to use 'pop-stars' but you have to admit, her hair is very cool

Rihanna

and this unknown from stylesight ...

Lastly, although i doubt if this is my last post about hair,
if this pic doesn't convince you to chop it off, nothing will!
